About the author
Phil earned his MBA from California Polytechnic University Pomona in 1984. He began his career in healthcare and started his first insurance agency in 1993. He helped launch Golden Outlook, a private label Medicare HMO. He sold his FMO in 2016 to focus his efforts on educating brokers on commission protection and growth through acquisition. His motto “Educate to Motivate” demonstrates his passion for helping brokers understand the need to protect their commissions.
