Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. tweeted a video on Sunday of himself doing push-ups shirtless a day after Twitter went viral over a video of him doing bench presses.
“Get ready for my debates with President Biden!” Kennedy tweeted.
Fitness gurus and conservative activists praised Kennedy for his physical abilities and great physique after a video of his bench press skills went viral.
“This video should INSPIRE all men,” Jason Helmes, a fitness coach and owner of Anyman fitness, tweeted. “RFK looks like a tank.”
Kennedy is running in the Democratic primary against President Biden. He delivers his message on most podcast platforms, most notably the Joe Rogan Experience.
The White House did not respond to a request for comment.

“Suddenly I want to vote for rfk,” Ashley St. tweeted. Claire at the Babylon Bee.
“Sol Brah,” a fitness influencer, said he saw Kennedy at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California and was impressed with his output.
“Seen RFK JR at golds gym in Venice a few times, Always working hard,” he tweeted. “It looks good. All leaders and politicians should be uplifted.”

“I have decided to vote in 2024 I am a voter on the issue,” Alexander Cortes, a fitness influencer tweeted. “Who is the most JACKED AND TAN is my vote. RFK Jr is that person.”
The video of Kennedy’s incline bench press was tweeted by Ryan Calder, a fitness coach, who clarified that the presidential candidate was bench pressing twice the weight shown in earlier sets.
“This is his last dropset at 50% of his max for today,” Calder tweeted. “I joined just to see his last set. He’s the greatest Presidential Champion in history. By far. Solid person and leader.”

Twitter user Eugene Marinelli noted that if Calder’s claims were true, Kennedy could bench more than 300 lbs in one rep.
“RFK would be the first president to sit on 3 plates while in office,” Marinelli tweeted.
