Prime Day season is a great time to find Dyson discounts — but the best deal might not come from Amazon. However, competing retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and Dyson’s own website are the places to check if a new vacuum or air purifier is on your list when (and before) the summer shopping event.
As this is the first Prime Day since Dyson’s biggest new product drop in recent years, we wouldn’t be surprised to see even steeper discounts on older models than we’ve seen from previous Prime Days.

The best value Dyson vacuum to get before Prime Day is the V8 Origin+ at Walmart for under $300. It’s marked as a Walmart+ exclusive until July 11 at 12 pm ET, but remains on sale even past that time. Along with the V7 at $249.99, the V8 is the second-cheapest (non-refurbished) Dyson available today — but that minuscule $50 extra gets you a huge boost in cyclonic suction power plus 10 minutes more battery life. for a total of 40 minutes.
