Patriot Growth Insurance Services, one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing insurance services companies, announced that it has partnered with Savannah, Ga.-based Sherrill & Company.
Founded in 1988 by Jack Sherill, the Savannah company offers property and life and health insurance services. Jack Sherrill’s children, Jackson Sherrill and Margaret Hughes, joined the company in the 1990s and are the agency’s current leaders.
“Joining Patriot allows me and my team to continue to be a part of the Savannah community from a business and philanthropic standpoint,” said Jackson Sherrill. “Being part of the Patriot organization also gives us access to many resources and markets that can help our clients. We are excited to offer our clients the same exceptional customer experience. [service] they have come to expect while providing them with greater insurance offerings to meet their needs.”
“Sherrill & Company personifies our strategy of carefully curating agencies committed to collaboration and achieving industry-leading organic growth,” said Steve Carroll, senior vice president of Patriot Growth Insurance Services. “We look forward to building around Jackson and the team in the Savannah market. I’m really excited to welcome them to the Patriot family.”
Sherrill & Company is the latest in a series of acquisitions for Patriot Growth. Last month, the company announced it had acquired New York state-based Petschauer Insurance. In January, it acquired Connecticut-based Olde Liberty Insurance.
