MS Amlin, the Lloyd’s global re/insurer, has announced that Jessie Burrows will succeed Phil Green, who is retiring, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Subject to regulatory approval, Burrows will assume his role beginning in 2024 and will report to Andrew Carrier, Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As part of a structured handover process, Burrows will work alongside current and retiring CFO Green, throughout the first quarter of 2024, as the two manage the closing and submission of 2023 year-end financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
Carrier commented: “I am delighted to confirm the appointment of Jessie as the incoming CFO. Jessie brings extensive board-level experience, financial expertise and business leadership, along with an excellent track record for improving profitability and performance.
“Her experience in innovation and delivering client-focused solutions will be invaluable to our executive team and wider business. Jessie will join MS Amlin at the right time, as we continue to implement our beneficial growth agenda.
