The Bournemouth clash forms part of the Chris Billam-Smith v Mateusz Masternak undercard.
Welsh fighter Price said he was “looking to end the year on a high and would like nothing more than to bring a world title back home”.
Italy’s Borton is a former European light-welterweight champion.
Price has won all five of his fights since turning professional in 2022, the most recent vs Lolita Museum in September.
