Inszone names new HR chief

Inszone Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Matt Rieck as its new chief human resources officer.

In his new role, Rieck will be responsible for managing the company’s HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development initiatives.

Rieck has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Before joining Inszone Insurance, he held several leadership positions in major companies, including Farmers Insurance, NASA-G4S, and BBSI. Rieck has an MBA in organizational development from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Chapman University.
