wI have known for a long time that Hasbro’s latest Star Wars crowdfunder—first launched at San Diego Comic-Con this summer-successfully reached its initial goal of bringing back the iconic freighter to Rebels and Ahsokaof Hera Syndulla, the Ghost, to a big new toy. But now the campaign is over—and we know Hera’s going to make some friends along the way.
Although it will be touch and go in the final days whether or not the fans will hit every goal, by Hasbro Ghost CaMpaign finally ended with 21,768 backers throwing in a whopping $500 each to get their very own Vintage Collection-scaled version of the starship and a figure of its pilot, Hera. That’s more than the 8,000 initially needed for the campaign to continue—a goal that not all the past Star Wars “Haslab” campaign hit—but it also ultimately passed the 11K, 14K, and 17K thresholds that Hasbro had set as goals to see the ship arrive with three more members of the Rebels crew as they appear in the fourth and final season of the animated series: Ezra Bridger, Senior Jarrusand Garazeb “Zeb” Orrelios.

Where are Sabine and Chopper, you ask? Well, good news/bad news. The good news is that they are both coming. The bad news is that this is only one type: Hasbro recently revealed new versions of Sabine and Chopper, including matching cardbacks inspired by Sabine’s mural from Rebels and Ahsoka to match the enclosed numbers to Ghostthe not added as a bonus for the campaign hitting its targets. However, unlocking the previous three stretch goals will give supporters the chance to buy in now. undisclosed figures at a later date. Chopper is already on the set in one form – his head is grafted into the droid slot in the attachment Phantom II shuttle—but it’s not the same as having a proper figure of her, and the only other way to get a version of Sabine in the TVC 3.75″ scale is a future version of her based on her appearance in Ahsoka rather than Rebels.
Think differently nearly 22,000 people dropped $500 each, the ofy company they can be bundled! But alas. Anyway, click through to see more photos of the final painted model in the Vintage Collection Ghostas well as now included figures of Hera, Ezra, Kanan, and Zeb—to whet your appetite while you wait until the estimated fall 2024 shipping date, or to see what you’re missing.
