Guy Carpenter, Marsh McLennan’s leading global risk and reinsurance specialist and business, has hired Julian Enoizi as CEO of Guy Carpenter Europe, effective immediately.
In his new role, Enoizi will be based in Europe, and he will report to Laurent Rousseau, CEO of Guy Carpenter Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Global Capital Solutions.
As CEO of Guy Carpenter Europe, Enoizi will assume responsibility for leading the company’s broking operations across its European offices.
Enoizi joined Guy Carpenter in April 2022, taking on the role of Global Leader of its Public Sector Solutions Practice, a role in which he will continue to lead until a successor is appointed.
Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, Enoizi served at Pool Re, where he served as CEO, a position he assumed in 2013.
In addition, he also previously held senior Europe-based roles at major companies across the industry, such as Chubb and AIG Europe, before becoming CEO of CNA Europe and later President & CEO of Argo International.
Meanwhile, Dorothee Mélis-Moutafis who has served as interim CEO of Guy Carpenter Europe since April, will take on a new executive role where she will be responsible for strategic c-suite engagement for current and future clients. , while also continuing to serve him. role as a Global Account Executive.

Mélis-Moutafis joined Guy Carpenter in 2013 and has held various senior management positions throughout Europe and the US. Most recently he served as interim CEO of Guy Carpenter Europe and Chief Operating Officer of Guy Carpenter North America.
