In an interview with TMZ Sports on Thursday, UFC president Dana White said he believes the fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg will break all MMA records.
“This is the biggest fight in the history of the world, bigger than anything that’s ever been fought,” said White. “This will break all pay-per-view records. These guys raise hundreds of millions of dollars for charity.
After talking to Musk and Zuckerberg White added that ‘both men are absolutely dead serious’ about entering the steel cage.
“They both said, ‘Yeah, let’s do it.’ They both want to do it,” added White. “First Mark hit me and said, ‘Oh [Elon] seriously?’ And I said, ‘I don’t know, let me ask him.’ I asked him, and he said, ‘Yes, I’m serious.'”

The two billionaires seem ready to square off inside the octagon after an apparent spat on social media. On Tuesday night, Musk tweeted that he was “ready for a cage” fight against Zuckerberg.
The Facebook CEO responded on Wednesday, posting a screenshot of Musk’s tweet on his Instagram story with the caption, “send me location.”
From the reactions on social media, White gave his permission to set up the fight and it seems to be the point of his opinion that: “You don’t have to be a fight fan to be interested in this fight. Everyone wants to see it. “
