The team everyone thought LSU would get in 2023 showed up in Week 3 against the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Jayden Daniels put on a great performance at quarterback and led the Tigers to a 41-10 loss.
A similar performance is expected in the team’s SEC home opener against longtime rival Arkansas.
The Razorbacks come to Baton Rouge reeling after suffering a Week 3 home loss to the BYU Cougars.
Arkansas likely won’t be able to keep up with LSU’s stars on Saturday. The Razorbacks come into Saturday’s matchup averaging 167 fewer total yards per game.
The Razorbacks could be prevented by LSU’s defense looking brutal in a win over Mississippi State.
LSU will also bring some extra juice to its side as it will be playing under the lights at Tiger Stadium.
There’s nothing about this matchup that suggests Arkansas is going to keep this close, and it looks like LSU should win by 20, or even 30, points.
